I purchased a wrong software and what should I do?

If a wrong software was unfortunately purchased and still within 30 days (7 days for Data management products and famisafe product) from the day when the order was placed, please repurchase the correct software and let us know via http://support.wondershare.com/#/contact, we’ll help fully refund you for the wrongly purchased one promptly.

If the wrong software order exceeds the above mentioned 30/7 days time limit for refund, you can contact Wondershare Support Team to get a discount to purchase the correct software.
