What should I do if my generated video shows "Playback Failed"?

If your generated video displays a “Playback Failed”message, it’s usually due to a temporary loading or compatibility issue. You can try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable.
  2. Clear your browser cache or open the page in Incognito/Private mode. 
  3. Try a different or updated browser (such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). 
  4. Please click "Download" to save the file locally and check if it plays correctly.
