On the [View] module, rotating the view modifies the reading view within PDFelement. Therefore, after rotating, the [Save] button in the upper left corner is grayed out (as shown in the picture below), because this operation does not modify the document itself.
To change the orientation of the page, please go to the [Organize] module. After rotating, save it.
