1. If it is NOT a PDFelement/Wondershare Watermark:

• Open the file in PDFelement and go to the Edit tab.

• Use your mouse to select the watermark area and determine whether it is text or an image.

• If it is selectable, you can delete it directly.

• If you cannot select or remove the watermark in Edit mode, please submit the file via the in-app Feedback function for further analysis.

2. If it IS a PDFelement/Wondershare Watermark but cannot Be Removed:

• Please submit the following information via the in-app Feedback us and provide the following:

  • Screenshots of the watermark and related interface.

  • The original source document (if possible) for technical inspection.

Common Scenarios That May Prevent Watermark Removal:

Case 1: The content appears to be a “watermark” but is actually a text or image element placed in the document background.

Case 2: The watermark element is damaged or corrupted, making it undetectable by the program.

Case 3: The watermark type is currently not supported by PDFelement.
