Here are the steps to help you to change the default application.
Step 1: Right-click on any PDF file and select Properties.
Step 2: Navigate to General, click Opens with, then click Change.
Step 3: Choose the desired program to set as the default for opening PDFs.
Step 4: Click Apply.
