Step 1: Click “File”—“Preferences”—“Font Option”
Step 2: Select the options from the dropdown list found under either "Edit Text Font" or "Comment Text Box Font".
Step 3: Click "Apply" to save your changes.
Step 4: Create a new comment box, format it, then right-click and select "Set as Default".
