How to Collect DMP Files for PDFelement?

If you see an error message indicating PDFelement is unresponsive.

Please follow these steps to create a DMP file.
Step1: Open Task Manager and navigate to the Processes tab.
Step2: Search for "Wondershare PDFelement", right-click on it, and choose "Create Dump File".
Step3: Once completed, go to the file location and find the DMP file named "PDFelement.DMP".

Usually, this file is in large size, please upload it to any cloud and send the shareable link to the customer service team.
