Here are the steps for you to close the message or ads pop-up received with PDFelement Windows.
Step1: Open PDFelement—File—Preference—Press Ctrl+Shift+F1.
Step2: Click Message Center—Select “Disable Message Center”—Click Apply.
For Mac
Step1: Click Wondershare PDFelement >Preferences
Step2: Click General and unclick the options "Show tips on Start Page" and "Show tips on the tab bar"
Note: Option "Show tips on Start Page" is available in PDFelement for Mac V9.2.0 and above.
