How to fix the OCR plugin download failure with PDFelement Mac?

Step 1: Free Up Space & Check Your Network
Please try cleaning up your Mac's memory/storage and ensure you have a stable internet connection. Once done, retry the OCR download.

Step 2: Submit Feedback for Further Assistance
If the issue continues, please use the in-app "Feedback" function to send us the following details so we can investigate further for you:

  • The log files.

  • A screenshot showing your software version and PID.

How to Find Your Version & PID:

  1. Go to Wondershare PDFelement Pro in the top-left menu bar.

  2. Click "About Wondershare PDFelement Pro".

  3. Then click directly on the [Version] number – it will expand to show the full PID (e.g., Version 9.3.3 may display as 9.3.3.5083.5237).
