How to get PDFelement log files Mac?

Here are the steps to help you to locate the file.

Step 1: Click the "Go" option on the top of the Mac window and select "Go to Folder".

Step 2: Type in the following path and click Go ~/Library/Application Support/com.wondershare.PDFelement.

Step 3: Press the Command+Shift+Preriod on the keyboard to make the hidden file (PDFelement.log) appears.

Step 4: Please save the result as a text file and attach this file to a message to our support team.
