How to get PDFelement log files for Windows?

Here are the steps to locate the log file of PDFelement for Windows:

1. Close PDFelement, then press Windows and R at the same time to open the Run window.

2. Enter the path below and click OK, you will be directed to the PDFelement folder.

PDFelement 7：%appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement 7

PDFelement 8：%appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement

PDFelement 9：%appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement9

PDFelement 10：%appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement10

PDFelement 11：%appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement11

3. Please compress the Log folder into a zip file and send it to Customer Support when needed.
