How to get PDFelement log files Windows?

Here are the steps to help you to locate the file.

Step 1: Close PDFelement program.

Step 2: Press the Windows and the R on the keyboard to open the Run window.

Step 3: Type the following path and click OK to navigate to the PDFelement folder %appdata%\Wondershare\PDFelement9.

Step 4: Please compress the Log folder into a zip file and attach this file to a message to our support team.
