How long will the documents in Document Cloud be kept after the license expires?

Once the license get expired, your cloud storage files will only be accessible for 15 more days.

Please back them up to your local folder and delete them from your account.

Otherwise, the clouds file which exceeds 1 GB will be deleted from your account, and your account will be reverted to the free version after 15 days.

Note: your electronic signature files won't be affected.
