For Windows:
1. Download the latest version from this link.
https://download.wondershare.com/pdfelement-pro_full5239.exe
2. Launch PDFelement >Combine PDF.
3. Upload all the files which you want to create the catalog file. Click the Generate new catalog page from bookmark, then click Next.
4 . Your catalog is generated now as a separate page. A new table of contents will be generated on the first page and will contain the title of each original document that you uploaded.
Note: Mac version is not available.
