How to do If I fail to download or install PDFelement?

Please download the latest version from the Official Website to see if it works.

For Windows:https://download.wondershare.com/pdfelement-pro_full5239.exe

For Mac:https://download.wondershare.com/mac-pdfelement_full5237.dmg

Installation:

For Windows: After downloading, please double-click the executable installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

For Mac: Find the .dmg file you just downloaded and open it. Follow the onscreen instructions to install Wondershare PDFelement. When you want to use the program, please access it from the Application folder or the Launchpad on the taskbar.
