It depends on your operation system, the PDFelement Mac version doesn’t support this function. For PDFelement Windows version can follow the below steps:
For Windows:
1. Open your file.
2. Click Comment in the Left sidebar, and then there will appear the comments in this file.
3. You can press ctrl+A to select all, and click Export Annotation, and then the contents of your comments can be saved to an fdf file.
