How to remove the device when it exceeds the limit?

If you have exceeded the device limit, please follow the steps below to remove a device:

  1. Log in to your Wondershare account.

  2. Click on “Plan & Products” → “Manage Products.”

  3. Locate the relevant software and select “Manage Device” → “Remove Device” for the device that exceeds the limit.

Once the extra device is removed, you can continue using the software without interruption.

If your license is activated by a registration code and there is no option to manage or remove the device on your end, please contact the Support Center.
