How to resolve the error Your device has been deactivated while signing into PDFelement?

If you continually receive the message: You cannot log in because your device has been deactived/disabled when attempting to access PDFelement.

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1:  Visit the official Account Center and sign in with your WSID. https://accounts.wondershare.com/web/login-new
Step 2:  Choose Plans&Products—Manage Products—Wondershare PDFelement—Manage Devices.
Step 3:  Find your disabled device and click Activate.
Step 4:  Return to PDFelement and you should be able to log in successfully.
