Why is there no discount appearing on the upgrade page though I purchased PDFelement previously?

If you purchased PDFelement previously and enter your email on the upgrade page but did not see any discount appear, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:

  1. Check if your order is still valid. If you requested and got the refund already, it won't be able to be upgraded.
  2. Make sure you correctly enter the email that you used to purchase the PDFelement 9/8/7/6/5 perpetual license.
  3. Check if your license is perpetual type. Users who purchased PDFelement version 6 or 7 Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Yearly License cannot claim the upgrade on this upgrade page directly. Please contact support instead.
  4. Make sure your order was purchased from our official website. If you bought it from App Store, third parties, or resellers, you are not entitled to have the exclusive discount to get PDFelement 10.
