Why can't I use membership features after purchasing?

This usually occurs due to logging into the wrong account or purchasing the incorrect membership. Troubleshoot using these steps: 1. Verify the logged-in account matches the purchased membership account. 2. Click “My Home” in the left sidebar to confirm your membership type and benefits are active. Benefits vary by membership tier; details are on the purchase page. 3. Verify your internet connection is working properly. ReelMate AI membership requires network authentication. If using a corporate or campus network with a proxy enabled, this may interfere with authentication.
