How to request a refund?

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Check the Refund Policy
Ensure your order meets the refund criteria. You can review the details here:

Review Your Order History
Log in to your Wondershare Account Center and locate your transaction details:

Submit Your Refund Request
Select the appropriate refund reason and provide necessary details, including your order number, refund reason, and relevant attachments (e.g., screenshots or videos) to expedite the review process.

Track Your Request Status
After submission, monitor your email and User Center for updates on your request status. If no action is taken within the specified timeframe, the system will automatically close the request.
