Subscriptions purchased on our official website can request e-invoices (standard electronic invoices) through your account center.
- Log in at ‘app.tomoviee.ai’
- Click 'Login' (top-right) and access to account settings
- Find the corresponding order and select to issue E-Invoice. After submitting the application, the invoice will be issued within 7 days, and the invoice will be sent directly to your email after successful invoicing.
