What should I do if I purchased the wrong subscription?

For products purchased within the last 30 days, we offer a "Buy Right, Refund Wrong" policy. You may first purchase the correct product, then contact our online customer service with both order details to request a refund for the incorrect purchase. Refunds are not available for orders older than 30 days.
