Why isn't membership functionality accessible after purchasing?

This usually happens if you’re logged into the wrong account or purchased the wrong plan. Please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm the logged-in account matches the purchase account.
  2. Go to 'Me' to check the plan and if the plan is active.
  3. Check if the APP is up to date. If not, update to the latest version before using it.
  4. Check your internet connection. Corporate/school networks or proxies may affect activation.
