Why can’t I unlock premium features after subscribing to ToMoviee Studio?

If you encounter this issue, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:
 1. Verify that the account you are currently logged in to matches the account used to purchase the membership.
 2. Click on the User Avatar in the top-right corner to further confirm whether the order details are correct.

 3. Check if your internet connection is stable. ToMoviee Studio membership requires an active internet connection for verification. If you are using a corporate or school network with a proxy enabled, it may affect the verification process.
