Under what circumstances will I receive a refund?

You will receive a refund in the case of the following situations:

1) Having Purchased Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS) and Download Insurance Service together with needed software without any notification they’re actually not a must to well function the software and can be refunded.

2) A swap of a program would require customer to purchase the proper one that he/she did not in the first place and then refund for the original program will be available.

3) Having purchased a same software for twice or two software with similar functions, will then help refund one of the software or swap one software for another needed Wondershare software.

4) Registration code is not received within 24 hours after payment finished and failed to retrieve it from Wondershare Support Center, meanwhile no timely response (within 24 hours) from Wondershare Support Team after repeated contact attempts.

5) Same function software of another company was purchased due to incapability of Wondershare software for the encountered issue, will then help refund or exchange another needed Wondershare software.

6) No resolution provided for tech issue encountered within 30 days and customer doesn’t want to keep waiting.
