The video and audio might be out of sync after compression due to various reasons. To address this issue in UniConverter, you can follow these steps:
- Check if the original video is in sync with the audio on the program preview window.
- Disable the "Enable Ultra-fast Speed" option on Windows PC or Mac if enabled.
- If the problem persists, contact us with the following information:
- Source file
- Output file
- Log file
- Parameter settings of conversion.
