The [Transfer] feature is currently only available for old version 16 or below.
Please follow the steps below to find it.
Step1: For Win users, find the feature in [More tools] or [Toolbox].For Mac users, find Transfer at the left bar.
Step2: Connect your mobile device.
Step3: Click on + Add Files button to add files. To add folders, click the ▼icon next to + Add Files and select the Add Folders button.
Step4: Click [Transfer All] button to transfer all files into your connected device.
The transferred files then can be found on your device's default Videos app.
