3. For UniConverter 17/16/15/14 perpetual licenses purchased from October 16, 2025 through July 16, 2026, the upgrade price is USD $29.99. Purchases on or before October 15, 2025 qualify for USD $39.99. For UniConverter 13/12 perpetual licenses purchased on or before July 16, 2026, the upgrade price is USD $39.99. Each upgrade includes a UniConverter 18 perpetual license and 500 AI credits.

4. Eligible UniConverter 17/16/15/14/13/12 perpetual licenses purchased on or after July 17, 2026 qualify for a free upgrade to UniConverter 18, including 500 AI credits. Check your eligibility on this page and follow the instructions shown for your order.

5. Orders with more than one license, team licenses, and commercial licenses cannot be upgraded through this page. Please contact Wondershare Support for assistance.

6. The table shows USD prices for this English-language Windows and Mac upgrade offer. Prices in other currencies or purchase channels may differ. Your eligible offer is determined by your verified order.

7. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. The 500 AI credits are separate from the perpetual license and do not provide unlimited AI usage. Features that require credits consume them according to their applicable usage rules.

8. The upgrade does not increase the maximum number of licenses or activations included in your original purchase. Wondershare reserves the right to suspend or revoke a license if activations exceed the permitted limit.
