- Check the software version and system information. If it is not the latest version, upgrade to the latest version. Note: Wondershare UniConverter version 12.0 and above doesn't support the 32-bit Windows operating system.
- Confirm whether it is a file format we support, you can view the list of supported file formats by clicking this link: Supported File Formats
Note: Some encrypted files can be imported, but the conversion may fail. If the thumbnail image is locked after importing the file, it means that the file is encrypted and cannot be converted. m4v, m4p, and m4a are all formats encrypted by iTunes DRM and cannot be converted. Audiobooks such as AAX are also encrypted files.
Note: VOB, ISO, IFO, DVD Folder, and DVD Disc are all DVD files. If this kind of DVD file fails to load or fails to convert, currently, there is no solution. Please refer to DVD issues: burning failed; converting failed; import failed; load failed and output quality problems. - Confirm the validity of the source file.Can the source file that failed to convert/import be played by other player software? For example: If there is no sound in the video after conversion, is there any sound when playing the source file by other players?
- If there are no problems in the above checking steps, please collect the relevant source file + log + screenshot, and collect the output file if necessary. Submit your ticket for support.
