1. Websites such as NetFlix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Prime, YouTube Premium, and YouTube Live are not supported for downloading.
2. For other websites, please follow these steps to check if they help:
1) Uninstall the program and visit the official website to install the latest version. Here is the link: https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/
2) Install the latest version of Chrome.
3) Set Chrome as the default browser.
4) Play the video in the Chrome browser for a while.
5) Then add the download task to UniConverter.
You can also try turning off your anti-virus software or using another browser to see if it can download. If the problem persists, please collect the logs and get in touch with our customer service team to assist you further.
