Why am I unable to use Premium features when I’ve already upgraded to Premium?

This is normally caused by logging in to the incorrect account or by purchasing the incorrect type of membership. The following steps can be used as a troubleshooting:

  1. Check if the current account is the same as the account used to purchase the Premium membership.

  2. Tap "Me" in the bottom right-hand corner to check your membership type and to check that the associated membership benefits are valid. Different membership types have different benefits. Please see the Benefits details page for more information.

  3. Check that you are using the latest software version. We recommend that you update to the latest version if you find that you are not using the latest release.

  4. Check that your internet connection is working well. Wondershare Virbo needs the network to authenticate the Premium membership. Using a company or campus network with a network agent may cause network authentication to fail. You can try switching hotspots to see if the problem resolves.
