What's the Difference between Yearly Plan and Perpetual Plan for Mac Version?

Perpetual plan is one-time payment and does not include software assurance. You need to pay additionally to get this assurance. Yearly plan is yearly payment for the license and includes software assurance. Yearly payment has auto renewal service.
Note: Software Assurance includes product upgrades, technical support, product updates and bug fixes.
