Why can't I edit my file in PDFelement?

Please check whether it is a scanned PDF file or the image-based file. Actually, when you load your PDF file in the product, if you get a notice to inform you it is a scanned file in PDFelement Pro, then you need to perform OCR before editing it.

Click the “Tool">”OCR Text Recognization”, and then click the "Change Language" button to choose the correct language of your PDF content to execute. Please click the "Text and Edit" button to edit the text after the OCR process is completed.

If you bought standard version, you need to pay the upgrade via below link to get the Pro version.
