It's the issue of license authorization delay. Please open a file to enter the software Home. Please click the "person" icon which in the lower left corner and click the sign out. After you sign out, please re-click the "Person" icon and then log in again with your account. After you re-log in, you will have the full version. Please check the below screenshot.
