Why doesn't my software interface display language?

Please check if there is "Open Sans" font in your computer font file (C:\Windows\Fonts\Open Sans). If No, please download this kind of font and put into your font file and then reinstall the software, the language will show normally. If Yes, please delete the "Open Sans" font and then re-install it and restart your computer to see if the problem could be solved. If it still couldn't work, please contact us by create a ticket in below link, tell us the problem you met and then we will reply you by email.
