I have purchased the license, but my account still shows as free trial.

Here are some possible reasons and solutions:

  1. Not logged in yet
    If you just purchased the software, please make sure you’ve logged in with your Wondershare ID (your license email and password). Without logging in, the program cannot be activated.

  2. Logged in before purchase
    If you logged in before making the purchase, your account may still be recognized as a free trial. Please try logging out and then logging back in again to refresh your account status.

  3. Subscription expired
    If you purchased a subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), your subscription may have expired. Please log in to your Account Center and check the expiration date of your plan.

  4. Wrong product or platform version
    If you purchased a perpetual license, please make sure you are using the correct product and platform version (e.g., Windows vs. Mac). Log in to your Account Center to confirm that your license matches the software version you are trying to use.

  5. Wrong email account
    You may have logged in with the wrong email address. Please double-check that you are using the licensed email.
