What should I do if I purchase a wrong product?

If you accidentally purchased the wrong Wondershare product within 30 days
(7 days for products such as MobileTrans, Dr.Fone series, Data Recovery, Recoverit, FamiSafe, etc.),


please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Purchase the correct software first.

  2. Go to your Wondershare Account Center and submit a refund request for the incorrect order.

  3. Once verified, the refund for the wrong purchase will be processed automatically.
