You can use this page to check. Currently, we provide licensed email lookup by transaction ID (PayPal only) or order number.

For purchases through third-party retailers (e.g. eBay, Amazon):
If you purchased from an online retailer (e.g. eBay, Amazon), you cannot check your licensed email here. Please contact your seller directly for license verification.
For Apple Store/Google Play purchases:
Please provide the third-party platform order number (Apple orders start with "AS", Google orders start with "GPA") to check.
