Why it failed to restore WhatsApp backup to iPhone?

Could you please double-check if there is an MDM setting on the iPhone? Is it a personal phone or company's phone?

Our application can't transfer data to an iPhone with MDM setting. You'd better contact with the IT to cancel the MDM setting firstly if it's a company phone. It can set back after MobileTrans completes transferring on iPhone.
