Tips:

1. For the WSID products, i.e. Filmora9, FilmoraPro, PDFelement 7, Uniconverter, you don’t need a registration code. Just sign in to your Wondershare ID in the program’s interface to get activated. Please use the email that you entered while purchasing the product.
2. If you purchase the product from our agents, you would not be able to retrieve the code here as they don't chare customer information with us.
3. If you purchase the product from Apple store, you don't need a registration code. You can open App store and go to Purchase history tab. Find the product and download it. You will get the full version.

Note:

1.The Delivery Method is Key Code. Click Get Keycode, and the Keycode will be sent to your email immediately.
2.The Delivery Method is Wondershare ID Account. You can use the Wondershare ID to log in to the product (using the email account filled in at the time of purchase) to activate the product. If the problem persists, log out and log in again to try again.
3.Can't find a login in the product? Please click above to download the latest product installation package to upgrade to the latest version.
4.If you entered the wrong email address and cannot reset your password, please contact customer service.
5.If you still have no authorization after logging in, please contact customer service.

Tips:

If you receive keygen_error, that is to say, that product is not using code activation mode, you just need to log out and log in after you place the order. After that, you can enjoy all features without limitation.
