Can I use DemoCreator 6 on both Windows and Mac computers if a Premium license is purchased previously?

Yes, you can. And you don’t need to pay for an upgrade but there are some feature differences between DemoCreator 5 and 6.

However, please kindly note that currently, only the windows version DemoCreator 6 was released. The mac version DemoCreator 6 is in development now and it will be probably released by the end of August.
