How can I get my invoice or receipt?

You can easily download your invoice directly from your Wondershare account. The process is quick and automatic.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Sign in to your Wondershare Account Center.

  2. Find Your Order: Navigate to "Order History" under the "My Order" section.

  3. Get Invoice: Locate the specific order and click the "Get Invoice" button next to it.

What happens next?

  • The invoice will be generated instantly and sent to the email address associated with your account (your "licensed email") within 1 hour.

Didn't receive the email?

  • First, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

  • If it's not there, please wait for the full 1 hour for the system to process the request.

  • If you still cannot find it after 1 hour, the email may have been blocked by your email server. Please contact our Support Team for assistance. Have your order number ready.
