During the export process, video needs to be re-encoded, and GPU drivers can have a significant impact on video encoding. If you encounter issues such as video export freezing, video export stuttering, and video export with a green screen when using Filmora to export videos, you can try the following solution:
1. Turn off the GPU accelerated video encoding setting in Filmora Export interface.
- Disable the option Export > "Enable GPU accelerated for video encoding" option.
- Click Export and try again.
2. Update Graphics Driver solution.
1) Confirm your Graphics card model: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/learning-center/how-to-check-gpu
2) Search/download and install the latest version of the Graphics driver.
- If your graphics card is an Intel series card, please download and install the latest version of the Intel graphics card driver from the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics/processor-graphics.html. Generally, it is recommended to use Installation Method 2 - Manually install the driver from the Intel® Download Center.
- If your graphics card is an Nvidia series card, go to the Nvidia Driver Download Center at https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx, select your Nvidia graphics card driver type and SD download type, click search and download the latest graphics card driver, and then install it.
- If your graphics card is an AMD series card, please download and install the latest version of the AMD graphics card driver from the following link: https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/RS-INSTALL.html.Generally, it is recommended to use 2. Manually Select Your Driver.
3) After the graphics driver updates successfully, restart the computer to check if the issue is fixed.
