Filmora startup crash with bugsplat, how to fix it?

Please try to solve this issue by following the steps below:

  1. Please update to the latest version of Filmora, then restart Filmora to confirm if the crash issue still exists.
  2. If the problem still persists, please enter into Settings - Apps - Installed apps.startupcrash1.png
  3. FInd app OpenCL™ and OpenGL® Compatibility Pack, and click/tap on Uninstall. (see screenshot below)

  4. Click/tap on Uninstall to confirm. (see screenshot below)

  5. After uninstallation is finished, restart Filmora to check again.
  6. If the issue persists, input your email address and send the bugsplat to us for further analysis.
