Compatible Formats:
• .MOV (Standard H.264 encoding)
• .MP4 (H.264 encoded only - not HEVC)
• .MTS
• .M2TS
How to Check Your File Format:
Right-click your video file
Select "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac)
Look for:
File extension (e.g., .MP4)
Codec information (should show H.264, not HEVC/H.265)
Important Notes:
⚠️ HEVC/HEVC Limitations:
Files encoded with HEVC (H.265) will not work
Common in:
• 4K/8K videos from newer devices
• iPhone videos recorded in High Efficiency mode
