How can I apply for a refund of Filmora 13?

If you are a new user of Filmora 13 and decide not to keep it or dislike it for personal reasons after purchase, unfortunately, we cannot grant your refund request according to our refund policy.

If you upgraded from an older version to Filmora 13 and wish to downgrade back to the previous version, and your upgrade order is within 30 days, you can go to our Filmora Help Center and click on the Contact Us page to request a refund.
