What should I do if I can't activate BorisFX even after logging in?

In Filmora 13, normally, as long as you log in to your account and you have a valid subscription to BorixFX, then it will be activated automatically. 

If you still can't activate it, please follow the steps below to reinstall BorisFX Plug-ins first and try again. 

For Windows:

  1. Quit Filmora 13;
  2. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, search for Boris, and click Uninstall to uninstall the Boris plug-ins.boriswin1.png
  3. Once the uninstallation is complete, restart Filmora 13, ensure you're logged in with the correct account, and click to reinstall BorisFX in Filmora.

For Mac:

  1. Quite Filmora 13 and BorisFX application;
  2. Click Applications > BorisFX > Continuum 2023 OFX > Uninstall Continuum 2023 OFX;borismac2.png
  3. Restart Filmora 13 and reinstall BorisFX again.
