What should I do if I can't activate BorisFX even after logging in?

In Filmora 13, normally, as long as you log in to your account and you have a valid subscription to BorixFX, then it will be activated automatically.

If you still can't activate it, please follow the steps below to reinstall BorisFX Plug-ins first and try again.

For Windows:

Quit Filmora 13;
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, search for Boris, and click Uninstall to uninstall the Boris plug-ins.
Once the uninstallation is complete, restart Filmora 13, ensure you're logged in with the correct account, and click to reinstall BorisFX in Filmora.

For Mac:

Quite Filmora 13 and BorisFX application;
Click Applications > BorisFX > Continuum 2023 OFX > Uninstall Continuum 2023 OFX;
Restart Filmora 13 and reinstall BorisFX again.
