How to collect crash reports for Filmora on Mac?

Step 1:
Type "Console" in the Mac search box and press enter to locate it.
Step 2:
Switch to "Crash Reports," find the file named "Wondershare Filmora xxxx," and select the file. (Pay attention to the date of the crash report; always select the report with the most recent date)
Step 3:
Right-click and select "Reveal in Finder."
Step 4:
Copy the selected file named "Wondershare Filmora xxxxx.ips" and send it to the customer service team.
