How to collect crash reports for Filmora?

For Windows users:
Step 1: Fill in the BugSplat with your email address.
Step 2: Click Send Error Report.

For MacOS users:
Step 1: Input Console in the Mac search box and enter to find it.
Step 2: Switch to "Crash Reports", find the file named "Wondershare Filmora xxxx", and select the file.
Step 3: Right-click and select "Reveal in Finder".
Step 4: Copy the selected file named "Wondershare Filmora xxxxx.ips" and send it to the customer service team.
