Currently, we have two methods for collecting the log file.
Method 1:
Step 1: Open Filmora, click Help Fetch Log on the top menu.
Step 2: The log folder will be compressed automatically, send us the compressed file named filmoraLog.zip.
Method 2:
Step 1: Close Filmora program.
Step 2: right click the Wondershare Filmora icon on desktop and then click Open File Location.
Step 3: Open the folder named with Filmora version, for example 12.3.0.2341, then open Log folder.
Step 4: Ctrl + all to select all the files under Log folder and right click to compress them with zip or rar tool.
Once it finished, you can find the compressed log file and send it to the customer service team.
